Community Partnerships
At Plymouth Schoolhouse, community partnerships bring exciting activities and experiences that enrich our program and give children the opportunity to learn from many caring teachers.

Farm & Wilderness
Each month, visitors from Farm & Wilderness Summer Camps, a Plymouth-based organization, come to our school to do fun, hands-on activities. The children have enjoyed meeting two bunnies who were amazingly fluffy and sweet and learning about the nocturnal animals by making owl masks.
Visiting Artist: Willow Bascom
We are fortunate to have a local artist, Willow Bascom, visit us regularly to engage the children in art projects.
Willow has made art pieces for almost every wall at The Schoolhouse including a large owl painting and a banner on the front of the building with the word "Peace." Most recently, Willow brought us a collection of framed images from her published children's book about the alphabet. We have a different framed picture for each letter! These illustrations were inspired by cultures all over the world. They fill the walls with color and inspire learning. We’ve been happy to become an art gallery of sorts for Willow‘s beautiful work.
